The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.

Everything works great. It activated when I connected to WiFi at the airport. I took the maximum amount for the day and didn't even think about running out. The speed is excellent.

It's more convenient than buying a new SIM card. If you don't know how to use it, try checking out TikTok. The internet might be a bit slow during calls, but replying to messages is normal.

During this trip, I used the service in Barcelona and Seville, Spain; Faro (southern Portugal); and Lisbon, Portugal. The phone was installed on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and connections were stable throughout. Note that these areas are not Orange's primary service areas, so roaming for the SIM card needed to be enabled, which slightly increased battery consumption. I also used my phone's hotspot for connecting my laptop, and the connection remained stable. I highly recommend this e-SIM service; the price is reasonable, and the service quality is consistent.

Visited Heidelberg, Rothenburg, and a few smaller towns. The eSIM worked perfectly everywhere, super easy to set up, and customer service was quick to help whenever I needed. Highly recommend it!
