I'm going on my first trip to Vietnam, and I heard the immigration process is complicated, so I applied. I followed the staff's instructions exactly, and it took less than 5 minutes to get to the luggage area. But the problem was my luggage... it took a while to get there. I think it would be better to check my luggage first. Hehe. Still, I'm very satisfied with the speed of immigration!
