Everything was great, but I felt seasick inside. They thoughtfully put some bags there for that. I need to go to the upper deck. The Indonesian also told me to drink Pucuk and it won't make me feel sick. I recommend this organizer 👍🏻

At the port, you need to find the company's counter—the carrier—and then proceed to the port itself. The waiting room is crowded with people waiting for different times. There's a schedule board, but the boarding time isn't listed; you have to guess intuitively by queuing. The boat to Gili Toawangan takes three hours with one stop. Ours was on schedule.

The trip went well; everything was perfectly organized, from the transfer from Ubud to arrival in Gili Trawangan. The company contacted me the day before the trip, providing the driver's number and the vehicle's layout. We departed Ubud on time, and the driver took us to Padangbai Pier and explained where to check in and pick up our tickets and badges. Boarding took about 10 minutes, and everything went smoothly. The boat was comfortable, air-conditioned, and we were given a bottle of water. The departure was slightly earlier than scheduled, and the boat arrived in Gili Trawangan about 1 hour and 40 minutes later. I was very pleased with the trip.
