It was a fantastic snorkeling experience. The support team responded promptly and helped answer and resolve various questions. The group boat consisted of four guys: one driver, one boat operator, one guide, and one snorkeler. They were all very nice. Our hotel was quite far, so we paid extra for a driver to pick us up. We cancelled all other activities and only chose snorkeling. The water quality was excellent, crystal clear. There were many fish and turtles. Lunch was at our own expense, but the restaurant we were taken to was quite good. Aside from the hassle of showering afterwards, everything was great. On the way back, the guide asked what we needed to buy and took us to a shopping mall for a long time, carrying the child the whole time. It's best to bring your own snorkeling gear if possible, as the ones they provide are generally older, but still usable. If you're concerned about dirt, it's best to bring your own. Remember to bring the hotel's large bath towels; they'll come in handy.

Purchasing a ticket was simple and straightforward! Everything was organized clearly and understandably! The transfer met us at the appointed time and place and took us to the port! The journey was good! Everything at the port was also well organized! We loaded our luggage, and the departure was on time! We highly recommend this company!

The entire trip went according to plan, with precise timings. We communicated via WhatsApp, and they messaged us in advance to confirm our reservation. We had made a mistake with the booking dates, but they met us and rescheduled it for a day that was convenient for us. The group wasn't large, and the tour was entirely in English. The views were beautiful! We were disappointed that we didn't see manta rays, but we did see more than one Komodo dragon on Komodo Island. That was the main purpose of the trip. The beach with pink sand was beautiful; we took photos and swam! Of course, don't expect it to be bright pink, but the shade is definitely there, and the photos turned out great 🔥

Took a ride from lombok to bali. Well ride can get quite bumpy. We had a nice weather and it was realy bumpy, cant imagine if weather is a bit worse. So if you are prone to sea siknes, think twice before taking the ride. Boat is not big, so you feel every wave.
