I haven't contacted tech support, and I've had no issues using it. It doesn't work in some places (I've been to various European countries), but that's normal; physical SIM cards behave similarly.★

I used it in Budapest and Vienna. Switching between carriers while traveling was smooth, and I had almost no problems with signal reception in the city. I was confused at first because it wouldn't connect properly during the initial setup, but it started working after restarting and switching carriers.
