We met with Filipe at Rossio Square, and shortly after the rest of our eight-person group arrived. Filipe led us to six destinations within Lisbon; Pastelaria Suiça (Bofanas sandwiches & beer/vinho verde), Casa do Alentejo (salted cod croquettes & beer/wine), Restaurante Cervejaria (paella & wine), Taberne da Baixa (Portuguese cheeses, grilled chorizo, & cured-meats charcuterie w/wine), Maria Palato (tawny port w/ crackers & cheeses w/pumpkin jam), and our the original A Ginjah shop. Filipe was very friendly and knowledgeable, he kept the tour lively with conversations which included everyone while guiding us through each location. We had a great time with Filipe, and we encourage anyone who tales this tour to seek Filipe out!
