We booked a self-guided tour that allowed us to visit the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain by cable car. We were picked up on time by the driver and taken to the starting point of the tour. The online support from the agency was exemplary both before and during the tour. The subsequent visit to the Blue Moon Valley and the return journey on the scenic train were also a wonderful experience.

🌄 We booked hotel pick-up and started with the sunrise at Dongba Valley – magical with Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the backdrop ✨. Then we explored Blue Moon Valley 💙, took the Glacier Cableway 🚡, watched the Impression Lijiang Show 🎭, and ended with the sightseeing train 🚋 to Baisha Ancient Town. Highlights were the sunrise, JDSM views & the show – absolutely magnificent and unique 🌍👏. A must-visit! If you have more time, add Spruce Meadow or Yak Meadow 🌲🐂. The team arranged tickets & hotel pick-up smoothly 🙌. Inside the park you’re on your own – they help on WeChat but live guidance is tricky. Signboards are mostly Chinese 🇨🇳 so it took us a bit to navigate 🤔📍, but we managed without missing stops ✔️. Overall – unforgettable experience, highly recommend! 💯🎉

Very nice road trip. We were lucky to have beautiful sunshine and clear skies for magnificent views of the mountains. Visits to the White Water Terraces and Tiger Leaping Gorge are definitely worth the detour. Our driver was very friendly and professional. We were really able to enjoy ourselves, at our own pace and within the allotted time (about ten hours, departing from Shangri La and arriving in Lijiang).

It's worth seeing. You can spend half a day in this scenic spot. I went there late and didn't get a VIP ticket. The middle one is more fun. The view is very close to the actors. It's definitely worth it.


