First, wines tasted were great and the food pairings delicious. Our sommelier was just outstanding, he was very knowledgeable about the local wine scene yet provided fun and intriguing stories about our wines and food pairings. This was a great experience.

Excellent cultural history and local tastes of food, small group, a great way to get to know Lecce first. I would recommend for first time visitors, do this tour day one, then use it as a guide to spend more time on what you find interesting, the culture, food, history, churches, architecture, or people.

This was such an absolutely wonderful experience to share with my family. The hostesses were remarkable and so warm and inviting. We enjoyed so much learning the recipes from their family traditions. The meal was a complete success, even though we had to remake the egg white cream for the tiramisu because my sons didn’t know how to separate eggs. Teenagers, ages 19, 17 and 15 expressed how much they loved going and how it was one of their favorite things to do. We far too much because it was so delicious and I highly encourage this memorable experience in a very quaint setting of the chefs home.


