I was worried because there were no reviews from Koreans, but I was able to communicate via email without any issues, and I double-checked the day before so I was able to find the pickup location without any trouble! There were hardly any Koreans, only foreigners, so it was a bit sad that I couldn't understand the explanations if I didn't speak English, but it was still great to be able to see the magnificent Hoover Dam~~

Our tour to the Grand Canyon was truly an unforgettable experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Leila and Wayne. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. Leila brought such a warm and welcoming energy—she made everyone feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Wayne was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating insights about the canyon, its history, and the surrounding landscapes, which made the experience both engaging and educational. They were both attentive, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Each stop was well planned, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the breathtaking views, take photos, and fully appreciate the beauty of the canyon without ever feeling rushed. What stood out the most was their professionalism and how smoothly everything was handled. The tour hadfelt personalized rather than rushed or generic, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience.


