Very good tour - Mauricio was a great tour guide and Samuel was an excellent driver. Both of them took good care of us and made sure we were comfortable. The tour felt pleasantly stress-free and very well planned.
Unfortunately, the poor communication with Joker itself was a negative point for me. Until two hours before the tour, we weren't sure whether it would take place. This MUST be improved. We were about to cancel because no one was responding - strange that the tour was then so excellently planned.
Another negative point is the bus company
Titicaca - seats are reserved at the very back.
The smell and lack of hygiene on the bus are almost unbearable (I would recommend Joker switch to Todo Turismo, they have much better conditions!
Unfortunately, we were not offered a free shower as described, we had to pay for it ourselves and it was not a hotel room but a closet next to the garage...โ

Beautiful hike to laguna Esmeralda and some nice stops on the way. It wasnโt touristic and no touristtraps along the way which we really appreciated. The guide was very helpful and spoke english. He had lots of cool photo ideas at lake esmeralda for us and took the photos of us. The lunch (cheese empanada, banana and cerial bar) was a nice surprise. Would recommend. โ

Bolivia was the first leg of my trip - after a few days in La Paz I started my month-long trip with Bolivia/Peru Hop. (Peru Hop is a separate review). We were picked up at our hotel at the break of dawn and drove for a few hours to Copacabana where we had lunch before heading to Isla del Sol for an 1 and 1/2 hour hike at over 4,000 meters. Afterward, we headed to the Peruvian border. Abner our guide was present at every step of the trip, providing us with important information, and making sure everyone was comfortable and well-informed while being considerate friendly, and professional. 5-star services!โ

Spectacular full day . Gets very cold when sun sets so dress accordingly. We were traveling in July and got very cold during nighttime on the tour and in hotel.
In dry season the star gazing option is out of the world . The guide / driver and all aspects of tour were very well coordinated. Car and hotel were comfortable .
Our guide Julia was amazing and she made this once in a lifetime trip even more memorable. โ

Valerie, thank you. Our tour was wonderful: interesting history and scenery throughout. Myself and my two colleagues jumped on the tour at short notice, and it was a definite highlight. Moon valley, witches market, the cable car, all fun and interesting. Give it a go folks if you can fit it in during your time in La Paz.โ
