Fantastic excellent guide superb knowledge it was a great day out the guides name was Suje I think that’s spelt correctly. Unfortunately the ferry was slowed so we all arrived latter from Tenerife but she packed everything in well worth the money

Fantastic day with Arjane, our friendly guide! Magnificent scenery at the viewpoints, along the road to Roque de los Muchachos, and on the mountain itself. Breathtaking views. Her explanations were excellent and very interesting. 30 minutes at the market would have been enough, and an hour at the Roque would have been better.

The guide from the bus stop at the Hotel Melia until the transfer to the 4x4 bus could have been omitted; he only spoke to the driver and otherwise served no purpose. This was also true after the transfer from the 4x4 bus to the bus for the return trip to the Melia Hotel. The guide during the volcano tour, the actual excursion in the 4x4 bus, was excellent! It was very informative and entertaining! Thank you for that! We also had great respect for the bus driver; he was truly excellent! We expressed our appreciation to both of them with a generous tip.

The tour was a fantastic experience! The views were breathtaking! The bus driver drove very carefully from Los Llanos onwards! Based on the description, I had imagined the tour would be shorter; from Fuencaliente, we were on the road for eight hours, even though we unfortunately couldn't see any stars because it unexpectedly rained. The departure time was moved forward by two hours the evening before, which was very last-minute. A little more explanation about the changed itinerary would have been helpful, but ultimately it was a great experience that I highly recommend!

We were looking for a shore excursion that hit two big attractions in Lanzarote: Timanfaya and Jameos del Agua, and were unable to find something that worked with our time in port. Booking a private excursion was a great option, especially when were able to find two other couples to share the cost. Our guide and driver were both locals and you could tell how much they loved sharing their island with us. Pickup and dropoff at the port were so easy and I appreciated the communication by email before the trip. When our cruise swapped port days at the last minute, the company was willing and able to adapt which was hugely appreciated. Overall, highly highly recommend!


