After the purchase was completed, I used WhatsApp and Trang took the initiative to contact me. After understanding the itinerary, he provided a picture of the ticket and arranged a shuttle bus, all free of charge. Although there was a small delay from the airport to Sapa, Trang was patient and updated the progress in real time. I am very grateful to Trang and I also recommend taking G8 to Sapa.

Everything was good. clean cabin and toilets during stopovers, on time, and an easy transfer from the hotel. My only issue was that the operator didn’t reach out right away, I had to message them first. This wasn’t the case with my Sapa–Hanoi booking, where they got in touch right after I booked.

The agency provided an excellent service with great communication and smooth arrangements. The train experience was also very impressive – having access to the lounge made everything convenient. The lounge was clean, with good facilities, and the restroom was spotless. The food served there was also delicious. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant journey.

The pick-up service was excellent. The driver contacted us beforehand and arrived on time, so we even had a little time to grab dinner before catching the train.


