Booking is convenient and cheaper than buying at the ticket office. The ferry doesn't rock, and they show movies on TV. Boarding is via small boats. In Langkawi, I didn't like having to find my luggage myself and pull it out of the pile.

The ferry departs on time. If you're traveling very fast, be aware of this and bring your motion sickness pills. It's cold on the ferry, so bring some warm clothing. The air conditioning is very strong.

My English isn't very good, and I'd never been to Langkawi before, so I didn't know how to get to Koh Lipe by boat. Finding my bus and boat tickets through this company was like a dream come true, haha. The customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to any questions, which made me feel very safe. I'll definitely book here again next time I go.
