It was a fulfilling trip that made my unplanned solo trip to Fukuoka shine. Even though I was traveling alone, I enjoyed being able to travel without feeling lonely thanks to Guide Yun-chan, who was like a friend! You shared great information whenever you had the chance, and above all, you were so kind that you will remain in my memory. Visiting Beppu, Yufuin, and Dazaifu allowed me to see the real Japan, and thank you for providing such a peaceful and relaxing trip!

I was very satisfied because I was able to visit so many different attractions in a relatively short amount of time! The guide was fun, and I was especially grateful for the kind tips they shared, such as recommended dining spots and famous places. I highly recommend it!

Overall, the price-performance ratio was good, considering it as transportation costs. You could leave the tour group at the end and stay in Kurokawa Onsen, then go directly to Beppu from Kurokawa Onsen the next day. The crater was closed due to a helicopter accident involving Taiwanese tourists in February, so you could only watch a live broadcast at the volcano museum. The tour guide strongly recommended Kusasenri horse oil and face masks. The tour guide gave us discount coupons, making the face mask 5500 yen and the horse oil 6600 yen per bottle. He said it contained horse placenta, so the production cost was high. After buying them, I felt it was completely unnecessary.

The tour guide was very patient in introducing each attraction; highly recommended. Service attitude: extremely friendly, dedicated, attentive, and enthusiastic. Professional competence: knowledgeable, engaging, fluent in languages, and the itinerary was well-planned and tightly scheduled. Atmosphere: humorous and cheerful, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The itinerary was well-organized and not tiring at all. The tour guide's humor made the whole trip full of laughter; looking forward to participating again!

Despite the fact that the boats were being serviced at Takachico Gorge and the crater was closed due to a helicopter accident, the tour was still great. I was impressed they called me to tell me about the cancellation of the boat trip and offered me a refund for that portion even before my trip started. When they found out the crater was closed, they also communicated it and offered a full refund if I didn’t want to take the trip anymore. I think it’s hard to come by companies these days that are so pro-active and handle issues so promptly. Yang Meng our guide was awesome, she contacted us, created a group chat and shared a lot of information about Mount Aso and Takachico Gorge. The Kusasenri area is very worth going to even if the Crater is closed. Takachico was beautiful and got to eat Nagashi somen out of bamboo shoots and water from the gorge. Cool experience. Yang Meng was so organized and told us beforehand how to make the best out of each part of the itinerary Highly recommend

The itinerary was well-planned. Although it was a cloudy day, it was still very enjoyable. I took some beautiful photos and tried some local delicacies. Our tour guide, Lily, was fantastic. Her explanations were very clear, from the itinerary to the descriptions of the attractions. She was very friendly and attentive, helping with photos and even recommending local supermarkets and restaurants on the way back. A very pleasant day!


