Our tour guide, Mr. Handsome Jeff, was very friendly and provided a thorough tour. The tour was packed with activities, including a spectacular view of Mount Kinabalu from Nabalu Village, a foot bath at the Boaring Hot Springs, the Rafflesia Garden, the Botanical Garden, and finally a visit to the bridge. He took the weather into consideration and efficiently covered the entire tour. If we had been a little later, the view of Mount Kinabalu would have been obscured by clouds, but thanks to Jeff, we were able to see it. We were lucky to even see a single Rafflesia in bloom, so we were able to see it. My whole family was very satisfied with the tour. We'll definitely request Mr. Handsome Jeff again when we visit Kota Kinabalu. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories.★

It was a lot of fun! It was a summer vacation season in China, so everyone except us was a Chinese tour, but the guide taught me in English as appropriate, so I didn't have any problems. Due to the weather, Mt. Kinabalu didn't look very beautiful, but I was able to carry out paragliders. The only regret is that I arrived at Desakau Ranch 10 minutes before the closing, and I couldn't buy yogurt or ice cream or feed it. I did a paraglider, but I had to pay the paraglider insurance fee locally, and it was only cash. The reserve of Lafresia, which you only visit when Lafresia is in flower, is not included in the tour fee and you need to pay local cash if you go. I think both are worth doing, so it's a good tour to bring a little more cash.★

It was very far from city so better to join the tour bus if you want to see Mt. Kinabal. where is big and mostly covered with clouds. We were lucky that we could see the top of mountain in a while.★

Ordered the trip via trip.com and the driver arrived at a different hotel. No one called, no one answered our calls. Fortunately, the trip.com assisted with solving the issue pretty well and we went on this trip on a different day. The guide, Ken, was a lot of fun. The trip itself was interesting despite the long distances. We bought yogurt and cheese on the farm, tasted good. The lunch was good.★

I love plants and wanted to see the Rafflesia. I was searching mainly for tours around Kinabalu Park, but this proved to be the most difficult. Some tours only looked at the mountain from afar, and the length of stay varied, making it hard to imagine what kind of tour I was looking for. I had no choice but to decide based on whether the tour included a tour guide and the price.
The tour I joined this time was a great choice!
Our guide, Jeff, was friendly and spoke slowly to us, even though we don't speak English, making it easy to understand. He even joked around, which was fun.
The Korean family on our tour was also very kind.
It started raining in the afternoon, so we only had 20 minutes to explore Kinabalu Park, but the tour, which ended at 17:30, continued until after 18:30. I was very satisfied.
Afterwards, I contacted WHAT UP to find something I had lost, and they even went to the trouble of delivering it to my hotel. I'm so touched by their kindness!
I'm sorry I couldn't thank them in person.
I highly recommend this tour guide.
Finally, when I arrived at the Malaysian airport, I saw many Trip.com advertisements and was reminded once again of how big a company it has become.
