Very full, rich day visiting the Gjirokastra Castle and town, and the Blue Eye. Our tour guide Dave (Dejvi) was great: personable, enthusiastic, told many stories and history on the way that made the long drive fly by. We also stopped at a gas station market/cafe once everyone was picked up to use the restroom and get coffee and other snacks. I thought the tour was well organized, all communication was through WhatsApp, Dejvi shared his location so it was easy to coordinate with everyone. Also it was a small group size of 8 people total, which was very pleasant.
The castle tour was the first stop, which was very interesting and had beautiful views/photo opportunities. We got 2 hours free time after the castle visit to go to the bazaar and get some food. Our last stop was Blue Eye. It rained a bit during the blue eye visit, but Dejvi really made the best of the situation and everyone had a nice time despite the weather. Overall great trip! Would recommend! Thank you so much, Dejvi!!★

fully recommend. we spent 45mins at blue eye (plenty of time) and about an hour at the castle (in time for sunset). guide was great and transport was fine too. no complaints★

Great tour, we saw a lot of things in the day! Elvis is a great guide, adorable and accommodating. Maybe in the future, avoid waiting 40 minutes for latecomers because it was detrimental to the tour time since the team tried to catch up. I understand that there was a 10/15 minute delay but 40 minutes was way too much especially when it takes away time from the visits for the rest of the group and especially those who were early / on time. Great transport, great organization, we appreciated seeing so much in one day.★

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the attention and care that Elvis, our guide, provided to the passengers during our journey today. His professionalism and kindness made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable. I am completely satisfied with the Saranda-Ksamil tour we took today. The beauty of the landscapes, the cultural richness, and the history of the region were truly breathtaking. His knowledge and passion for the area were instrumental in allowing us to fully appreciate every moment. Thank you so much for everything, Elvis. You were an exceptional guide, and I hope to count on you on future occasions. However, the means of transportation left much to be desired, with almost no air conditioning.
