The driver and leader Thomas was very responsible. He emailed us two days in advance to wait in the hotel lobby at 7:00 in the morning and asked if we needed to prepare lunch boxes. The car arrived 5 minutes in advance on the day of departure. A van full of eight of our tourists arrived at the destination smoothly. Thomas handed us over to the English guide at Auschwitz and told us to go to the bathroom first, where there are fewer people, and then we followed the tour guide to the attraction. Set aside 15 minutes at noon, everyone returns to the car to eat, and then continue to visit the second camp. For people who like history, this is a visit with a deep experience.
