From pick up to drop off, we were well looked after. The driver was friendly on time and spoke brilliant english, he contacted us the day before to give us info on pick up times and if we required a packed lunch (at an additional cost) which was not expensive and more than enough for how long we were there. The tour itself was brilliant. The guide was great, very informative, and knowledgeable. She really brought home the story of what happened at Auschwitz and Birkenau. She was more than happy to answer any questions. The experience overall I would recommend to everyone★

From pickup at the hotel until drop-off 12 in the evening, this tour was well organized, efficient, and easy to navigate. Once we arrived at Auschwitz, our fabulous driver, Daniel, left us with Aga, who gave us the history as well as commentary that brought home the horror of the events that unfolded at the camps. Unforgettable experience.★

I really enjoyed this tour of the Oskar Schindler Factory. Our guide was excellent—very knowledgeable and engaging—which made the experience truly informative. I learned so much about Krakow’s history and the events of World War II. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city.★

Although it was only 2 of us that did the day crawl we had the best time, everyone made sure we were having a good time and getting to know us. The highlight was let's sing which is the best part about Krakow. Cami (Papi) made sure we were comfortable, would highly recommend the pub crawl to anyone
