The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.

I absolutely loved the tour! I highly recommend it. It was well-organized, the food was delicious, and fresh. The transfer was excellent, and of course, Hong is a truly beautiful place, with its beach and incredible views from the 360-degree observation deck! The best of the best!

I bought tickets through the Trip app; they were cheaper than at the station. The ferry was decent, spacious, and air-conditioned. It was about 60% full, with plenty of empty seats; I slept in bed.

The ticket description explains everything in detail. We found the check-in counter quickly. We were even allowed on the ferry earlier than the sign said. The ferry departed at 8:48 instead of 8:30. Tea, coffee, water, and cookies are complimentary on the ferry. There are restrooms. The staff help with luggage.


