Our guide, Jeff, was very entertaining and knowledgeable, and the day flew by 🙂↕️. I can see why it has such good reviews. He gave us lots of information during the travel time, which made it fun! He explained things in simple English for us, who only speak a little English, which was helpful! I was happy to see that he also spoke a little Japanese. He took lots of photos and the tour was full of hospitality! I'm very satisfied with the level of fulfillment for this price! I highly recommend this tour to anyone from Japan looking for a tour! The tour guides on the way to Mermaid Island have been singing and singing, the atmosphere is particularly good, and the boat ride is also particularly exciting. In the afternoon, I went to see the long-nosed monkey, and there was a free Haina tattoo at the pier. The young lady was very fast and the painting was very beautiful. Our tour guide, Mr. Handsome Jeff, was very friendly and provided a thorough tour. The tour was packed with activities, including a spectacular view of Mount Kinabalu from Nabalu Village, a foot bath at the Boaring Hot Springs, the Rafflesia Garden, the Botanical Garden, and finally a visit to the bridge. He took the weather into consideration and efficiently covered the entire tour. If we had been a little later, the view of Mount Kinabalu would have been obscured by clouds, but thanks to Jeff, we were able to see it. We were lucky to even see a single Rafflesia in bloom, so we were able to see it. My whole family was very satisfied with the tour. We'll definitely request Mr. Handsome Jeff again when we visit Kota Kinabalu. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories.★

I love plants and wanted to see the Rafflesia. I was searching mainly for tours around Kinabalu Park, but this proved to be the most difficult. Some tours only looked at the mountain from afar, and the length of stay varied, making it hard to imagine what kind of tour I was looking for. I had no choice but to decide based on whether the tour included a tour guide and the price.
The tour I joined this time was a great choice!
Our guide, Jeff, was friendly and spoke slowly to us, even though we don't speak English, making it easy to understand. He even joked around, which was fun.
The Korean family on our tour was also very kind.
It started raining in the afternoon, so we only had 20 minutes to explore Kinabalu Park, but the tour, which ended at 17:30, continued until after 18:30. I was very satisfied.
Afterwards, I contacted WHAT UP to find something I had lost, and they even went to the trouble of delivering it to my hotel. I'm so touched by their kindness!
I'm sorry I couldn't thank them in person.
I highly recommend this tour guide.
Finally, when I arrived at the Malaysian airport, I saw many Trip.com advertisements and was reminded once again of how big a company it has become.★

The pickup was safe and comfortable, and the schedule seemed to have gone according to plan. However, it was a shame that the weather suddenly got bad and we didn't get to see many fireflies. However, overall, I'm leaving with good memories.★

River cruise was relaxing, saw some monkeys, will depend on your luck. Sunset was amazing. Dinner was not as bad as expected. But the fireflies were out of this world.. like fairy lights on an Xmas tree. Guides were very friendly and helpful.
