Easy to book and quick response from the operator. We head out in the morning on the long tail boat and return by 3pm. Visited various islands and had a fruitful day. Lunch was provided but don’t expect too much.

Customs clearance was quick. Passports were taken and returned later (on Koh Lipe Island), with the country announced and verified against the owner's photo. Suitcases were transferred from the ferry to boats and transported separately from the passengers. Everything was quite organized and smooth. Virtually no delays.

Everything is great. No need for additional ticket issuance, etc. Just show up at the pier an hour before departure, show your phone reservation and passport, and receive a boarding pass, or rather, a "ticket" with a number. That's it.

To get off the island to the airport - come to the sunrise beach, where you have arrived to the island. There are tables with registration on the beach, say you have to go to the egg house. Come in at least half an hour, because they give numbers - the queue on which you will go to the boat. On the back way we sat a bitch, on the benches for two people sat three people. After arriving on the pier, go forward and left from the pier to the round square. Go forward and find the transfer - mini. If all guests gather on time, minivan will go before schedule.
