We were able to change our ticket at the Telaga port (where we were scheduled to depart from), and at the ticket office, they changed it to a different date without any hassle.★

Very convenient and cheaper than other places. I showed my reservation number at the check-in desk, and they gave us a sticker for each person. We booked the economy option. The ferry was comfortable—it had air conditioning, and we had coffee, muffins, and cookies along the way, along with fruit (watermelon). There was also a small shop selling noodles, chocolates, and other things. I recommend it.★

We booked first class with transfer, as the photos showed standard accommodation in the lower section. In fact, standard accommodation is available on the first floor with proper windows, and you can also stay on deck in good weather. The description promised drinks and snacks, but there were none.
