Had the ride of my life on the roads of Osaka! The process was simple. The shop was easy to find using Google Maps. All the instructions were clear with English option for communications. I just had to make sure that I bring a valid licence with international driving permit. Do remember to check your email and send your supporting documents to the company for verification. I give a huge thumbs up to our guide, Hu. He was friendly, humble, and attentive, demonstrating a high level of professionalism from start to finish. He provided detailed explanations of each attraction and personally took care of everything. At Kobe Port Plaza, he proactively organized everyone to line up for photos; he led us all the way to the Kitano Ijinkan (Ijinkan) attractions; and at Arima Onsen, he proactively helped us buy discounted group tickets, seeing that there were a lot of people buying tickets. He even accompanied us on the cable car ride up and down the mountain for the night view. On the way back, he provided a wealth of shopping discounts and tips on how to avoid pitfalls, which were all very helpful. On a self-guided day trip, there's a lot of effort and care that a guide wouldn't have to put in. Having been on other tours, this is even more remarkable. A great guide makes the tour perfect! Thanks again, Hu, for making our day a wonderful and unforgettable one.★

Henry service is super good, warm and thoughtful, and Nick is also good, along the way and the group friends introduce each attraction different situations, especially in the horse hot spring and we share all the way, feel at home! Henry is professional in place, and now such a responsible and enthusiastic tour guide is rare. It is commendable. Another Taiwanese group friend along the way shares it. The whole journey is happy and happy, and it is worth going!
