Cool experience! I bought the voucher and made my reservation for the next day over the chat. There was a bit of confusion over what I had booked when I got there, but they sorted it out. The woman who did the tea ceremony was very knowledgeable and explained so much about the Chinese attitude to tea and the traditional practices around tasting it and how many times you can brew it. Overall a good tasting experience, just be prepared for a hard sales push after. I had planned to buy some teas but I was not prepared for the price point. It may be because of the tourist area, but these are way more expensive than even the priciest tea sellers I've bought from back home. I didn't know enough to be sure if I was being price gouged, so I only bought the smallest amount. Just be forewarned and enjoy the ceremony!★

A very worthwhile trip. The Crystal Cruise wasn't overcrowded, and there were plenty of photo spots on deck. The night view of Shanghai was truly captivating, and I took many beautiful photos. Perhaps due to the VIP room, the food was excellent. The hospitality was also quite satisfactory.★

Traversing through Shanghai's most vibrant areas was an unforgettable experience. The futuristic Lujiazui and the classic Bund perfectly complemented each other. The Yu Garden's tranquility was a welcome respite, while Nanjing Road步行街 was a shopping paradise. The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.★

Our tour guide, Xiaoxiu, was fantastic. She's young and talented, highly recommended!
Our flight was delayed by an hour, and we were worried we wouldn't arrive at our destination on time. After contacting us in advance, she not only expressed her understanding but also thoughtfully reassured us and urged us to be safe. So thoughtful and touching!
The entire explanation was engaging and engaging, with interactive questions and discussions. Our family is quite unorganized, and there might be people who don't stay with the group. Haha, this beautiful tour guide would go find them, never abandoning them, hahahaha.
While researching the Yu Gardens stamp collection, we learned that the tour guide even went to the trouble of taking us back to the Cultural and Creative Center to redeem our stamps. She's an angel for stamp collectors!
