Booking was quick and easy, one-way, and payment was made by credit card, which was also convenient. The ferry was large, the restrooms were clean, and there were no delays. They were supposed to provide free water, but it was only available for a fee.★

I booked a day trip after arriving in Phuket without a tour group and was very satisfied.
The itinerary was transparent, the scenery was beautiful, and the boat was lovely. We were given one island visit and two snorkeling trips. We were provided with towels, snorkeling gear, and disposable mouthpieces, so we only needed to bring a change of clothes.
Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks were included, so we didn't go hungry at all.
The tour guides, Sandi, Awei, and Akai, all spoke fluent Chinese and were very welcoming. They kept the children entertained during the snorkeling and took photos with everyone. I'll definitely choose this tour again.★

You need to scan the QR code on Ctrip to join the group yourself; no one will add you. I only realized the message was sent to Ctrip around 11 AM. After being added to the group, customer service didn't reply to my messages. They sent me two departure times, and I was already on the bus when they finally sent me the correct time.
As for the itinerary, there's not much to see in the rain; the main point is that since you're already there...
The Chinese-speaking tour guide, Ah Long, was excellent. His attitude, service, and tone were all very good. I'm giving him all four stars.
If you want to do water activities, absolutely do not choose the small boat.
