I enjoyed the tour; our guide, Marie, spoke Russian and English, making it interesting and easy to understand. The driver was wonderful and drove carefully. My only wish was for more time at the main sights and less time spent at the tastings and restaurant. Also, bring some snacks; we were dropped off for lunch at 11:30 a.m., and the tour ended at 9 p.m.

Overall, the itinerary was well-planned, the driver was skilled, and the vehicle was comfortable. It was a small group of 10 people. For the final stop at the snow-capped mountain church, a different vehicle was needed, requiring an extra charge of 15 Lari per person. The tour guide provided bilingual commentary in English and Russian. The attractions on the itinerary are highly dependent on the weather; cloudy or snowy weather makes them less interesting. Lunch will be ordered at a restaurant on the way there and eaten on the way back; it's advisable to bring some snacks as traffic jams are frequent.

Wonderful trip with an amazing guide. All the places we visited were beautiful and the Kazbegi mountains are definitely a highlight. We had enough free time to spend at each location.

We had an amazing experience with our guide, Tariel. He was incredibly considerate we were unfortunately late to the meeting time due to unexpected traffic, but he still patiently waited for us and made sure we didn’t feel rushed the whole day. Tariel was also very knowledgeable about Georgia and shared interesting facts and stories throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly and in a way that was engaging, so the drive never felt boring. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable tour and we truly appreciated how thoughtful and professional he was. Highly recommend Tariel if you’re doing the Kazbegi tour!


