I had so much fun! The guide met me at my hotel and booked a taxi to the place. He also was helping with translation during the workshop. The knife master was sweet: he explained a lot and gave an opportunity to participate. He and the guide told me a lot about the proccess.

Before I reached Nepal Yoga Home, I worry it might be a dodgey place as the location seems quite remote. However, once you step in, their friendly and helpful receptionist makes you feel like home by asking you to have a cup of tea that's available in a huge pot right beside the reception, different tea is free flow throughout the entire stay. As they advocate sustainability, housekeeping is available upon request and laundry is available on Mondays. Their food items are vegetarian and delicious. The room is spacious and clean. It is after I got there that I realized that they are quite famous and many yoga teachers are certified by them. Try to get the staff to arrange for the ayurveda Dr consult on the first day so that you can make the best of the entire stay. The teachers and therapists are all very professional and caring. I got to know many lovely friends from around the world here! The rooftop view + sunrise is amazing!

A very enjoyable afternoon. I recommend this cooking class to anyone who would like to learn how to cook Nepali dishes. The lady who runs this class and her son are very friendly and explain each cooking process very well. I'll definitely see you again.
