It was incredible! Everything went perfectly. I would especially like to thank the guide, as I made a mistake when booking my activities and he corrected it at no extra cost to me. He also offered us free water and food throughout the journey. I really enjoyed it. Thank you for everything.

Everything went very smoothly, and I had a wonderful experience on the Rotorua tour today. David was fantastic, very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely engaging. He explained the sites and local culture with clarity and enthusiasm, answered questions thoughtfully, and made the whole day feel relaxed and enjoyable. It was clear he cares about providing a great experience, and it really showed throughout the tour.

Me and my husband went and we got to learn tons of interesting and amazing things about Rotorua and the sites we saw but also about New Zealand's early history, we loved knowing what our beloved Kiwis are called that name. It was wonderful to spend time at the spa, one of the most beautiful spa's we have ever visited. The view is just stunning. Our guide David was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and always ready to help us with anything we needed. He also showed us a place visited more by locals than turists and it was wonderful. This is a must do activitie!

We had Clive as our tour guide, who was very friendly, funny and knew everything about the area. The various thermal areas, walks, views were just spectacular! I would do this tour again if I lived here. The price was affordable, the bus was comfortable and everything went smoothly. Guides have to heard us tourists like cats so good on Clive for getting all of us to each place and then back to our hotels lol.


