There was quite a commotion because I lost my camera, but I was so grateful to our guide for going around everywhere with me to look for it and asking around, even though they couldn't even enjoy a relaxing lunch. Although we couldn't find the camera in the end... the people in the same group brought us snacks, so it didn't feel like a miserable day. It is a truly fulfilling tour that runs from morning until late at night. Every place was great, but the place where we stargazed at night is the most memorable. The stars were pouring down, almost enough to see the Milky Way! Since there are so many wonderful places and the travel distances are long, I think it is a good idea to spend at least one day in Dunhuang on a tour like this.

I usually use a physical SIM card when traveling, but this time I was in a rush and didn't have time to buy one, so I tried using an eSIM for the first time. Contrary to my expectations, Yangguan Pass was absolutely breathtaking. I'm glad I went. However, the tour was long, from 7 am to midnight, and I was quite tired.
