Rose was an excellent guide and had to manage two languages as we had a mixed group of English and Spanish speakers - which she did well. Her knowledge was impressive and she was thoughtful and considerate of her group, taking time to personalise the trip. The Alcazar was very impressive as was the Cathedral plus Rose gave us lots of extra context about the city and culture.

The visit to the Fundador winery was a wonderful experience. Celia's explanations and willingness to answer all our questions were both interesting and enriching. The tasting of the three wines, along with the brandy we sampled, was spectacular. I highly recommend this visit if you're ever in Jerez.


