I haven't used customer service, so I can't speak to them, but I think there were no problems with ease of connection or smoothness. It seemed to take a little time to download videos, but if you give yourself plenty of time, you should be able to do it without rushing.★

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.★
