I used it on a road trip in Hokkaido, Japan. The connection was always stable, and I was even able to connect to a 5G network in town.
I used two smartphones to share one line via tethering, and both devices (one as a car navigation access point and one as a radio access point) were able to use it without any inconvenience.
I'm very satisfied with this affordable service, which is easy to use.
I've rated customer support as "good," but I didn't need it.
I plan to use it again when traveling in the future.
If you're having trouble connecting with this service, please check your roaming settings and APN settings.
If that doesn't work, you can delete the eSIM and then reconfigure it on the same device, which is another attractive feature.
Incidentally, it would be nice if there was a service that allowed you to add data capacity without changing the eSIM after starting the service.★
