We did the river cruise at night and it was an amazing experience and a must do for those traveling to Osaka for the first time. The boat even had a toilet onboard which helped as our 7 year old was busting to go toilet upon arrival. Highly recommend.

David, the best guide ever! I wanted to leave a review as soon as I returned home, but I couldn't because I was overwhelmed by my busy daily life... Whenever I feel exhausted from everyday life, recalling the fantastic experiences from my travels brings me some comfort, and this street kart was exactly that. Honestly (though I don't know exactly why), this kart experience seems to be more popular among Westerners. I am Korean, and I rarely saw other Asian tourists using this service. There aren't many reviews on the Korean internet either... Plus, the time slots before and after mine were all filled with Westerners. Anyway, we booked in advance via Trip.com from Korea and even sent a photo of our International Driving Permit via email. We arrived 15 minutes early to sign up for insurance and listen to various explanations. We set off as a group consisting of a man named David as the lead guide, an unknown guide at the rear, and us. David took an insane amount of photos for us. From the moment we boarded right before leaving the center to every single time we stopped at a traffic light, he took tons of pictures. He also explained every single tourist attraction we passed in English. He is a true pro among pros. After taking all the photos, we returned to the center at the end, and they handed us Google Drive QR codes to wrap things up. They said they would gather the photos and upload them all at once. They also gave each of us a printed copy of our photos as a gift... We even followed them on Instagram and participated in a prize draw to win stickers and luggage tags. They were so kind right up to the very end that I felt a bit guilty and incredibly grateful. My嘴角 (corners of my mouth) just wouldn't stop smiling the whole time we were doing this. And when I checked my phone after finishing all the sightseeing for the day and returning to my accommodation, they had already uploaded all the photos... Honestly, there are so many other companies offering go-kart experiences—not just Trip.com, but places like Klook—and prices vary wildly. The starting points, courses, and go-kart specifications are all different, so I was really worried about what to choose. I am so glad I did it here. This is the first time I’ve ever written such a long review. David, and the guide at the very back, thank you so much!

We did the 1-hour Okinawa street kart tour with our guide, Chari! From start to finish, he kept the vibe fun and upbeat, so we could just relax and enjoy the ride. All five of us had a great time driving through the city safely—it was such a unique and fun experience, and we were laughing the whole way. It was short but definitely memorable. Highly recommend trying the street kart tour if you're visiting Okinawa!

We ended up using a rickshaw because my mother was in a lot of pain in her legs! We felt so incredibly sorry since we are a bit on the heavier side, but we were truly touched! They covered the sunny spots with a canopy or a roof, and even though they were sweating, they smiled the whole time and chatted with us, for which we were very grateful. I was thankful and sorry that we were able to spend an unforgettable 60th birthday with my mom!!! I highly recommend this!

Great experience in Shibuya. Very patient and enthusiastic staffs. The gathering location is a bit off the main road and not for car parking. I hope to do it the second time with more friends.
