Alpi was a great guide! I had him for two trips (Ephesus and Pamukkale) and I’m really glad that I got to go with him again. He knows so much about Ancient Greek/Anatolian history and is really helpful for tips for history buffs around İzmir. On the Ephesus trip he got the sense that I would like the museum with the Artemis of Ephesus more than the Virgin Mary’s house and adjusted the itinerary for me. On the Pamukkale trip he even gave me a hat to protect from the sun when I forgot mine :) A+ guide, strongly recommend.

Erman was consistently attentive—always available for questions, offering support, and ensuring everyone felt comfortable and included. We couldn’t have asked for a more well-rounded and fun day. From our delicious lunch to the charming stops at local producers for ceramics, oils, spices, and regional products, every part of the itinerary felt thoughtfully planned and smoothly executed. Yes, it was wonderful learning about history. Exceeded expectations. It was well preserved and restoration work is commendable. I would recommend this. It is a long tour, lots of working with very little toilet breaks. So prepare for that. Erman was great and very knowledgeable.

Excellent trip. Our guide Pinar was the best. So friendly and knowledgeable informative. She was brilliant with our kids aged 5 and 7. We saw all the sights we wanted to see and they tailor made our trip to suit our needs. We also went to a Turkish Delight shop to sample (and buy) some yummy treats!


