I bought this for my family; it's very convenient for the elderly to use. You get a numbered ticket when you board, and collect it when you get off, plus show the driver your 2-day pass voucher on your phone. The ride is incredibly smooth. Awesome is the only word I can use to describe my journey from booking, making my way to terminal, and boarding the bus. I thought it was already booked after payment made. But going to board the bus only I realized there's another booking page I'd need to make reservation prior boarding the bus. The staff on duty was really helpful on allowing us to board the bus even though the reservations I made was meant for the next boarding. Kudos to the staff, the experience was nothing but awesome. I'd definitely recommend people to use this bus limousine to get to airport seamlessly!

The bus departs on time. The arrival time doesn't take into account the traffic jams we experienced. We arrived at Kawaguchiko two hours later than scheduled. The return trip was an hour later. I would also like more detailed instructions for finding the platform; we had to walk around the building twice because Google Maps doesn't work well inside buildings.

On the first day of our trip to Japan, we took a bus to Mount Fuji. We were a little confused at first, but the locals were kind enough to help us figure it out. To get on the right bus, go to Tokyo Station and look for the schedule on the electronic board. Once you've found your bus, look for the counter with the corresponding number. The journey took about two hours, and the ride was comfortable and pleasant. Seats are marked on the tickets, so don't take someone else's seat: Japanese people, while they won't be confrontational, will politely ask you to move. The bus definitely deserves an "excellent" rating 👍

A very convenient way to get from Tokyo to Fujikawaguchiko. The bus arrived on time, and the travel time was as advertised. There's a luggage compartment and a shelf in the cabin. The seats are comfortable, with folding tables and a USB charger. It's great that they sent instructions on how to find the exit to the platform for departure. I loved everything about it, and I highly recommend it.


