I am so glad I booked this experience for our one night in Bologna. I got to taste authentic Italian cooking as advertised made after being carefully instructed by our home chef. She gracefully welcomed us into to her home and was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. I would 100% recommend it!

Because of the nationwide general strike in Italy, I looked for activities in Milan and was very lucky to be able to book one day in advance 😊 It was fully booked, but we all had fun making pasta from scratch, and made ravioli, pasta, and tiramisu 🌸 It was a regular house, but a staff member was standing at the door so we were able to find it right away. The staff member was very kind and helpful, and a very cheerful woman, so I enjoyed it from start to finish!

Laura was a warm and wonderful instructor who was patient with all of us. She guided us step by step on how to make tagliatelle, ravioli, tiramisu and gelato. It was all delicious and best of all she shared all her special tips to be successful at home. The group atmosphere was fun. It was a fun evening that I will always remember!

The pasta sauces were amazing! To be clear about this experience, you are making 3 types of pasta with the dough. The instructor is making the sauce. This would be good for people who are home cooks and mostly beginners. You aren’t getting a full on culinary school lesson. Overall, well worth it and a good time! The staff was very nice and everything was well-prepared for the group.

This pizza making class was absolutely AMAZING! The instructor was so incredibly nice and friendly, making the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. We loved that it was a small group setting, which gave it a hands-on feel. Best of all, the pizza we made was fabulous! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and delicious experience.
