It was easy to navigate and understand, and best of all, I was able to secure a seat right away upon arriving at Seoul Station, which was very appealing. Since I made my reservation here, all I had to do was select the time and seat on the official website, which made my trip worry-free. I could also change the time and other details on the official website. On a side note, the boarding gate from the airport to Seoul Station was easy to find, but the AREX boarding gate from Seoul Station to the airport was difficult to locate.★

I used this service early in the morning from COEX to Incheon Airport. I had seen tickets being sold for a similar price on other websites and was planning to buy them there, but although this service requires the extra step of exchanging the ticket for a paper one beforehand, I was able to use it with peace of mind because I could make a reservation.★

I used this service on my return day. My luggage was heavy, and it would have been difficult to take the train to the airport, so I'm glad I used it. After purchasing, it takes several hours for the QR code for boarding to be sent, so you need to purchase it at least a few hours before boarding.★
