Our guide David was fantastic, so patient and clear with his instructions, which made learning snowboarding enjoyable and stress-free for our whole family. We had a really wonderful day overall!
The only drawbacks at the resort were that it felt quite crowded (especially on the beginner slope), and there’s no dedicated play area for babies or young kids.★

I was anxious because it was my first time in Korea and my first time abroad in over 20 years, but the setup and signal strength were perfect, and I managed to keep the cost down to under 700 yen for 3 days, which was incredibly economical! However, if you have small children, I think it would be a good idea to have phone service enabled in case your child gets lost. Also, for those using mobile payment, the one-time password is now sent via SMS, and I had trouble using it in Korea. (I could use my credit card normally, but I couldn't do mobile top-ups.) I think it might be a good idea for those using mobile payment to have phone and SMS enabled. That's what I learned from this trip. Also, when I contacted them via chat with questions and concerns, they replied immediately and explained everything in detail. Their service was polite and very helpful.
