Barely any whiales. Saw tails and some body mass in the water. They were small. Very discounted. Nothing like the experience in Australia a few years ago with huge and many whales jumping out of the water. The trip on the fjords was nice albeit an expensive boat trip.

A fantastic experience! We had the opportunity to see several different humpback whales. The tour was accompanied by our two guides, Carla & Mateo. Carla provided commentary on the boat and offered many insights into the whales. Her love and passion for the animals was palpable. You'll receive a warm overall on board. The boat (a converted wooden fishing boat) goes out for about an hour and then spends about an hour with the whales before returning. In my opinion, the fishing boats disturb the animals less than the RIBs.

Me and my friend group went snorkelling for the first time. I was a bit scared of the cold before going in the water but that all went away quickly when our tour guide Kevin who was amazing btw reassured me. As an icelander my self this was so amazing and beautiful. Definitely recommend going, spectacular experience, the clear blue water was insane. And the tour guide Kevin was so professional and so much fun.

We went out on this boat with the captain and Claudia. They were both so interesting to listen to and we saw many whales thanks to their knowledge to spot them. The boat is beautiful and had an indoor area where you could go if you got cold and also a restroom. We had a wonderful time. Would highly suggest doing this instead of being crammed on a boat with a bunch of people.


