'Captian David' and 'Afro' were great! Good sense of humor and chill calming vibes to them. The sharks come right up to the cage, it's crazy cool. The current from the ocean makes it a little hard to stay underwater so it is a bit of a work out to go under and see.But definitely is really cool and worth it. The bars to the cage makes it easier to pull yourself down and hold yourself there to see the sharks. The boys provided goggles and snorkels. Aswell as they have a gopro to rent out for additional cost to record if needed. Only other recommendation, is don't forget to bring a water bottle out there! You will need it. If we come visit honolulu again, we will definitely be back to shark dive again with these guys! Thank you again!!★

If you’ve ever wanted to feel like the world’s luckiest flashlight for manta rays, THIS is the tour. The Kona Manta Ray snorkel crew had us floating in the water like VIP buffet trays, and the mantas showed up like graceful underwater ballerinas (but, you know, the kind that can do backflips the size of a minivan).
The guides were amazing—part comedians, part lifeguards, part manta-whisperers. We all felt safe, secure, and completely cared for while being educated about these gentle giants and the importance of protecting them. Big props to the crew for their dedication to both the mantas and the community.
Would I recommend this? Absolutely. For kids, grandparents, and anyone who can handle getting their mind blown by 12-foot sea pancakes doing underwater acrobatics. 10/10 would get splashed in the face by a manta ray again.
Mahalo, Kona crew—you made us feel like part of the ocean family. 🐋✨
