This was a well organized trip that went exactly according to plan. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and communication was smooth and easy. Occcasionally, things moved a little faster than necessary but overall the pacing was quite adequate. I would have appreciated a little more guidance with the way the Fourr Seasons restaurant worked because the moment we set foot inside the guide and the group disappeared. A table reserved for the group would have been nice, as well as more info on what each floor offered, etc. In any case, these were minor issues and did not detract from the overall positive experience.★

We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.About
