As soon as I arrived at the arrivals hall, a staff member was waiting with a name tag, so I was immediately guided. It was incredibly convenient, as I didn't have to wait in long lines. The person who guided me even offered helpful interpretation, making the process quick and easy. They even escorted me to baggage claim, so even for a first-time user, it wasn't a problem at all. I was tired after a long flight, but thanks to them, I was able to enter the country with plenty of time to spare. I'll definitely be using them again!★

The immigration line was so long that I was wondering what to do, but the staff guided me right away, and I was able to pass in less than 3 minutes. It was convenient and saved me time, so I think I'll use it again next time!
