This is another option for those who don't want to wait in long immigration lines. I use this service every time I come. This time, I waited in line for about 20 minutes because there were quite a few people in line (previous times, it took about 5-10 minutes).

It was my first time using this service. There is a long line at immigration in Vietnam, so I thought I'd give it a try and made a reservation. A staff member was waiting for me in front of immigration. There were a lot of people holding papers with different names on them, so I had to keep a close eye on them, but they were there. After meeting up with the staff member, they checked my boarding pass and guided me straight through immigration! When I arrived, there was only one person going through immigration, so I was able to enter the country with almost no waiting. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it!!

It's worth purchasing this ticket to maximize your travel time. If you don't purchase it yourself, you'll likely be waiting at least two hours. I didn't initially decide to purchase it, but I think it was a good decision. The excellent service, official signage, and the convenient entry system were a great value for my trip to Vietnam. For those traveling in a group, don't waste your money. Fortunately, our flight wasn't delayed as expected. Choosing an airline is important; no matter what time you arrive, you'll be guaranteed excellent service. Regarding travel from your home country, no matter where you're coming from, you'll still be greeted with a warm welcome. Another important thing is to have all your travel documents ready. This is crucial to avoid wasting time later. Contacting them is easy. They'll contact you via WhatsApp. Downloading it is crucial. If you don't have the app, you won't be able to contact them. They'll contact you in advance, so don't worry about missing them. If you have any changes, be sure to let them know immediately.
