It was my first time using this service. There is a long line at immigration in Vietnam, so I thought I'd give it a try and made a reservation. A staff member was waiting for me in front of immigration. There were a lot of people holding papers with different names on them, so I had to keep a close eye on them, but they were there. After meeting up with the staff member, they checked my boarding pass and guided me straight through immigration! When I arrived, there was only one person going through immigration, so I was able to enter the country with almost no waiting. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it!!

This is my Nth trip to Vietnam, and it's so convenient! My friend who went with me said it was a good thing she knew about it in advance and booked it. She didn't realize it was an overnight flight and just waited for it. She said it must have been so exhausting!! I'll definitely use it again on my next trip. ^^
