It was the cheapest course of the large bus, but the car was upgraded on the day and it was very comfortable. Lunch was a basic meal different from other guests without upgrade, but it was enough. Cospa was good and very satisfied★

This tour is as advertised. Pickup from hotel. The ride is quite far from downtown, but that's okay -- except the driver was a loose cannon with his horn, honking at everything. It drove me nuts, sorry. I know that's a part of Vietnam culture, but I couldn't help but be bothered. Guide "superstar" lived up to his name. Real good guy, and very accommodating, even made a curmudgeonly solo traveller like me feel welcome. We did make a stop before the tunnels though, at a ceramics factory with Agent Orange-affected employees. I don't remember that that was advertised on the listing. Anyway, we got a tour of that place, and that was cool, but at the end, they ask you to buy, which feels a little uncomfortable. The tunnels are an interesting experience, and you get to make your way through them yourself, which I won't soon forget. It would be tough for a wide-bodied person though, keep in mind.★

What kind of bicycles do you want at this price, great! This tour guide is very good. Although there are shopping points, it flashes by and takes people away directly. There is almost no shopping time. All local day trips have such a itinerary, but the overall is highly recommended.
You can experience various boats and enjoy the scenery on both sides of the Mekong River. There is no need to upgrade for eating because it is a group meal at a table. It is quite interesting to feed alligators at the place to eat.
The itinerary itself is reasonable, the hotel pick-up, although not a small group, no one is late to control the time. If time is limited in Vietnam, you must choose.★

An excellent experience and the best way to visit this site. The tour operator sent me a message the night before and arranged pickup from my hotel. It was a quick trip to the boat launch and then on the water for the 1hr ride to the tunnels. The guide was knowledge and there were snacks and drinks provided. The tunnels themselves were interesting and the shooting overly expensive, but an experience. Getting to the tunnels before the crowds definetly helped as it got very busy after we had done 50% of the tour, so it was nice to be ahead. Lunch was good, and included and the trip back also quick and traffic free! Overall a great experience.
