Rino was amazing! She knew the answers to every question and even helped us with what to do in our next city! I enjoyed that the tour had both insight on the history of Hiroshima and activities that were more focused on joy and fun.

Everyone was amazing! We got there very early because it was so hot outside and they let us sit and wait. They had a lot of cool stuff in their shop too. There is a large selection of beautiful kimono to choose from. And they took so many pictures of us. We really enjoyed watching the tea ceremony and then being able to practice it. And they were very patient with us as we practiced our calligraphy skills. Everyone agreed afterwards that this was the highlight of our trip. The only downside was that they share the pictures they took through Instagram which I think is not an issue for most people, but my group didn't have it so I had to download the app to get the pictures. But the people, service and experience were a 10/10


