Overall, the eSIM worked very well during my trip. The connection was stable, speeds were good, and I rarely experienced any interruptions. Activation was straightforward and the service performed as expected in most situations. The only issue I encountered was that ChatGPT did not work initially and required a manual APN change. I only learned about this solution after contacting customer support. While the support team was helpful and resolved the issue quickly, it would be much better if this requirement were clearly communicated in the setup instructions or FAQ beforehand. That would save users time and avoid unnecessary troubleshooting. Apart from that, the experience was smooth and reliable. I would definitely consider using this eSIM again in the future.

This eSIM is fantastic. You can be online everywhere for a very reasonable price. I strongly suggest you to use this if you travel abroad and you need mobile internet connection. You do not have the standard calls and messages, but you can do everything by internet.

It was convenient because I could use it immediately upon arrival. Perhaps because I had set it up in advance in Japan, it seemed easier to use than other e-SIMs I've purchased before. The price is also considerably cheaper than before, and installation is easy, so I think I will use it again in the future. It would be convenient if I could keep the information entered for a year or so instead of having to purchase it each time I travel, to avoid forgetting to buy it. It would be great if something like that were developed. I was able to switch it immediately at the airport and get on the train to travel.

It's very convenient when you're abroad, always staying in touch. All messengers, websites, and email work. However, if you're from Russia, our cellular network doesn't work in Canada, meaning calls and text messages don't work, but thanks to this eSIM, you can still get internet.
