Rough on the way there, but we got to see whales so it was all the more worth it. No issues on the way back, but those with weak stomachs may not enjoy this ferry! Great service either way.★

It would have been better if the tour operator was a lot more communicative. We were left to figure out a lot on our own. The returning and collection of bikes from the bike shop was particularly cumbersome and painful to organise.★

Everything was smooth and as expected. Complimentary. The ferry was on time, instructions were clear, vessel was neat. City pick and drop made things even smoother. my pickup was 15 min away from my hotel, but during drop time, the driver by herself dropped me to a closer location. Really appreciate this.
