We got the Black Swan Tours and our driver/guide Arnold was very friendly and helpful. Visited 3 wineries (Twin Hills, Ofw and Nikola Estate), a Gin distillery and Whistler's chocolate company. I did wish it was the Providore though. Not sure how it works since the places are fixed by the tour operators. Overall it was a pleasant tour and worth a full day tour for merriment!★

We departed in the afternoon, with no rush in half a day. The meeting point was in front of the coffee shop at the pier, easy to find. Several wineries were nearby, offering a wide selection of wines for tasting, with detailed explanations. Snacks like cheese and chocolate were available, providing alternatives for those who don't drink alcohol. Our guide, Ron, was knowledgeable, the atmosphere was relaxed, and he didn't pressure us or try to sell us anything. We returned to the city in the evening, and there were other activities planned for the night, making it excellent value for money.★

We had a fantastic experience on the Swan Valley 1-day wine tasting tour, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide and driver, Lucy.
Lucy was exceptionally professional and attentive throughout the entire journey. She managed the schedule seamlessly, ensuring we had ample time to enjoy each winery without feeling rushed. Her explanations were clear and insightful, giving us a deeper appreciation of the wines and the region.
What truly made the difference was her attention to detail and genuine care for the group. She was always observant, making sure everyone was comfortable, engaged, and enjoying the experience. Her positive energy and friendly approach created a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
It’s clear that Lucy takes great pride in her work, and it shows in every aspect of how she conducts the tour.
We would gladly join another tour with Lucy again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a well-organized and memorable experience.
