The rail pass itself is quite good, but the adoption of e-tickets has significantly reduced its user-friendliness for tourists. Not to mention, the Rail Planner app is really poorly designed.
Furthermore, Ctrip's customer service has declined considerably. I asked a small question, and it dragged on without a satisfactory answer; in the end, I had to resolve it myself.★

We had a super fantastic day with Mario. He is so knowledgeable and so meticulous. The trip was the best we had had in the entire Europe. We went the Hamlet castle, Lund and Malmo. If you have an extra day at Copenhagen, this is a must go tour. The medieval towns are so beautiful.Trip.com picks
